• Customers will receive an order confirmation once the payment has been successfully completed or the COD order has been placed.

3. Failed or Declined Transactions

If an online payment fails or is declined:

• Please verify your payment details and try again.

• If the amount has been debited but the order was not confirmed, the payment will be handled according to the policies of the payment gateway and banking institution.

4. Security of Payments

Anugraha does not store customers' complete card details or banking credentials.

All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways that use industry-standard security measures to protect customer information.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

• Online payment refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

• COD refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or store credit, as applicable.
